"I stated AI with my sister for a relaxing weekend. The rooms were spotless, with daily cleaning service. Breakfast was the standout meal with lots of choice and nice juices. We received a complimentary two-hour spa entry, which was a great perk. If you're not all-inclusive, it’s well worth the €11 entry fee, as the spa offers a sauna, steam room, bubble jets etc. both inside and out pool. We also treated ourselves to a massage, which was excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel has three pools not including the Spa- one is salt water. There was plenty of seating areas to relax. There are three bars, each offering a good selection of drinks, with the piano bar having the widest variety. It would be good to have had a menu so guests were aware what is included in the ‘all inclusive’. The hotel is less than 10 minutes by car to Puerto del Carmen, we found a costal walk which takes about 45 mins with beautiful views or the hotel has a shuttle service, which runs frequently throughout the day. A taxi from the hotel to Puerto del Carmen costs around €8 and the hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, with a taxi ride costing approximately €25. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay, especially the reception team. Our flight was in the evening and we were allowed to use the AI until 6pm, which was so helpful. I’d definitely return. "

"Ok in Bullet points Breakfast : 5 (Highest rating) Diner : 5 Pool :5 (it is heated 28 plus degrees and clean, perfect for children not too cold and not much limitations). Splash pool: 5 (Kids until 7 years will enjoy it). Room :5 Spacy clean and good facilities. Towel service : 5 Every day clean towels for the pool. Pool bar: 3 little expensive, and no too high quality. Reception:5 wonderful people and service. Entertainment :4 just good Location :4 as mentioned when booking 20 minutes walk, little steep, opposite you have public transport for a few euro's you come everywhere. "Beautiful hotel, comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious and drinks were fantastic. We are fans of the Mango Mojotos! We stayed at the Preferred section (which for those who can should stay at)-we literally checked in and unplugged. No thought about what was covered and what wasn’t. There are parts that are starting to show some wear but the staff was accommodating and gracious about everything. We walked to the marina area nearby and down the trail along the coast and it was beautiful. Highly recommend for a quick gaunt from Europe."
