"Ok, so...the property needs up-dating, a little wear and tear, the kitchen needs to be better equipped and the curtains don't quite fit. But, it was clean, comfortable enough, really secure, I mean, there are four locked doors, therefore four keys to enter apartment. The locality/neighbourhood is real Madrid, ie. not touristy. Metro is minutes away. Any staff you do meet are friendly and helpful and the Wi-Fi works."

"The apartment is great. Having 2 bathrooms for our family of 4 is wonderful. Many grocery stores, restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as metro station. About 30 min with 1 transfer to the center of Madrid.
Communicating with property managers was a bit of a challenge in English. But no big issues."
