Staying at our two-bedroom apartment provides an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant energy and rich culture of Madrid. Whether you're exploring El Retiro Park, savouring delicious Spanish cuisine, or simply strolling through the charming streets, this property offers a delightful stay in the heart of Spain's capital city.

It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals.

There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the second has a bunk bed; all beds are complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please take into consideration that the building in front is under working construction, and there might be some noise during working hours

Ciudad Lineal is a vibrant and well-established neighbourhood located in the city of Madrid, Spain. Situated in the eastern part of the city, it offers a harmonious blend of residential tranquillity and urban amenities.

The neighbourhood is known for its orderly grid layout, designed by the renowned urban planner Arturo Soria in the early 20th century. The streets are wide and tree-lined, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors alike.

One of the highlights of Ciudad Lineal is its abundance of green spaces and parks. The Parque de la Alameda de Osuna is a large and beautiful park that offers recreational areas, gardens, and picturesque paths. It is a fantastic place to relax and escape the urban bustle.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Pueblo Nuevo, is just a 6-minute walk.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 12-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
