Très bon accueil et sortie ;-) de la part de Simone, une dame très gentille et attentionnée. La maison est très propre, équipée suffisamment peut être un peu sombre mais on ne peut pas tout avoir compte tenu des prix très corrects. Séjour très agréable Près des commerces et de la plage et au calme.

Très jolie maison à la flotte

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la flotte, dans cette maison très chaleureuse et très fonctionnelle. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants, cette maison est idéale pour 4 mais peut aussi faire pour 5 s’il y a un troisième enfant. La décoration est très jolie et on s’y sent bien. Les voisins sont très sympathiques et tout est accessible à pied pour aller faire ses courses le matin avec un super marché à la flotte ouvert tous les jours. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter ! Merci à Cathy qui est très disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions et à Simone pour son accueil très sympathique.

Une adresse à conserver.

La maison correspond parfaitement au descriptif: elle est confortable, bien située et au calme. Le stationnement est possible dans la rue - il y a également 2 parkings à proximité) - Nous avons profité du beau temps pour faire de belles ballades à vélo (on peut rentrer 3 vélos dans le cellier). L'accueil est sympathique et efficace… bref une adresse à conserver.

Schöne Bilder, aber...

Das Inserat wirkt attraktiv. In Wirklichkeit ist das Haus eher dunkel, weil Fenster zur Nachbarseite zugemauert wurden (weshalb auch immer). In einem der beiden Schlafzimmer gibt es keinen Blick nach draußen. Gelüftet wird über ein elektrisches Velux-Fenster, sofern man mit der Fernbedienung zurechtkommt. Das Bad ist neu, dennoch findet sich Schimmel über der Dusche. Der Abfluss gluckert, gelegentlich entsteht im darunter gelegenen Abstellraum eine Pfütze über dem Bodenablauf – nach dem Duschen. Die Heizung macht sich selbstständig, reagiert nicht auch Nullstellung des Reglers. Bei ca. 28 Grad Außentemperatur heißt der Radiator in der Küche, sodass man sich fast die Finger verbrennt. Die Küche ist okay und halbwegs praktisch. Dass die Arbeitsplatte durch eindringende Feuchtigkeit aufquillt, muss man in Kauf nehmen. Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft lässt auf feuchtes Durchwischen bei Mieterwechsel schließen. Bei näherem Hinsehen wäre ein gründlicher Frühjahrsputz angebracht. Bei Ankunft sind die Räume muffig; man hätte vorher lüften können! Fazit: Schade um dieses eigentlich schöne Haus. Es ist gut gelegen und könnte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt bieten, wenn es besser gepflegt würde. Leider ist die gesamte Installation und Ausstattung auf mittlerem Heimwerkerniveau. Gesamteindruck: reichlich überschätzt.

Cool dans le logement mais difficile de se garer de plus les voisins pas aimables peuvent emboutir votre véhicule sans s'excuser le motif "c'est dur de se garer" grosse mentalité ilienne

Première fois sur l'île de Ré. Nous l'avons découverte à vélo! C'était super! La maison est très bien à l'étage, un peu petite en bas et sans accès vers l'extérieur (terrasse ou cour). Cela ne nous a pas empêché de faire de bons petits repas. Séjour réussi!

Excellent séjour en famille

Nous (2 adultes et 2 enfants) avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison a quelques centaines de mètres du port et au coeur du très typique village de La Flotte. La maison est très bien équipée, en parfait état et très propre. La maison est a proximité de toutes les commodités et permet le stationnement de 3 vélos. Très bon accueil.

ruhiges kleines Wohnhaus, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hafen und Restaurants in La Flotte;

freundliche Vermieter; nur französisch sprechend, Wohnhaus war sauber und gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar; Schlafzimmer klein aber ausreichend; Küche und Living funktionell eingerichtet; TV mit diversen Sendern (international); schönes Bad; separates WC leider unter der Treppe zum 1. Stock; Parkplatz vorhanden aber hart umkämpft mit Nachbarn :-); ab September steht ein öffentlicher Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe gebührenfrei zur Verfügung; empfehlenswert Bettwäsche buchen, Handtücher selbst mitbringen, da zu wenig; würden das Haus wieder buchen; September 2017
