The main Floor Features Stone Fireplace, Wood Flooring, Vaulted Ceilings, Granite Counter Tops, 2 Dishwashers, Double Wall Oven and 2 Large Stainless Refrigerators. for Dining, you'll have 3, 8 Seat Dining Tables and a Large Island/bar That Seats 7. The Large Covered Deck Overlooking the Lake Has 2 Large Dining Tables, Chairs, and two Gas Grills. The lower Third Floor Features a Large Rec Room With Ping Pong Table As Well As a Tv Viewing/gaming/sitting Area Next to the Bar, Kitchenette With Refrigerator, Sink, Ice Machine and a Large 7' Bar With Seating for 7. There Are 3 Bedrooms On This Level, 1 Queen Room (bed Plus a Set of Bunk Beds), 1 with a King and 1 with 2 twins. This Floor Also Has a Second Washer and Dryer Set. The Covered Deck On This Level Features a Lighted Hot Tub and Additional Seating.

Lakeside Estates is a gated community with a private boat launch. We have our own pool, basketball area and walking trails. Overflow parking is also available. You are 10-15 minutes from LaFollette TN where you can stock up on supplies or make a quick run for any last minute needs. Take a day trip to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg which is an easy drive about an hour and a half away. There you can enjoy shopping, shows and many attractions. There are many golf courses in the area which makes a great weekend trip in fall or spring. Added bonus of the beauty of the mountains during any season.

Family vacation

Location was wonderful! Despite a handful of neighbors, we loved being tucked back in a cove where the water was calm. There was plenty of room for each family member. We enjoyed our daily swims off the dock.

Fantastic Stay

Simply Amazing

The house was awesome. Everything was clean. Main floor was large - more than enough room for the 17 of us. The decks were large and enjoyable. Second and third floor common areas were really nice. Bedrooms were great. Some beds were ok. Most were very good.Wonderful kitchen. The two dishwashers were a nice plus. Loved the fire pit. Swimming was loved by all. We rented a pontoon boat from Oasis and that worked out great.Our four-family annual gathering was blessed by all the house had to offer.

Graduation weekend

We booked this cabin for my husbands graduation weekend. The cabin was clean and beautiful. The best part was all of the space. Everyone had their own bathroom and plenty of room to not feel crowded. We loved the lake enjoyed our evening swimming and enjoying the back porch! The host was very accommodating prior to arrival and helped me plan the trip perfectly. A storm came through and a tree fell down across the driveway prior to us leaving for my husbands graduation. After contacting the host she called and got us to the top of the list for someone to bring a chainsaw and help us get out. We made it just in time for my husband to graduate!!!

Friends Reunion - Great Time

We really enjoyed our stay! The water was warm and very calm fur kayaking and paddle boarding. We also rented a boat but spent many days just lounging on the dock. The house had everything we needed but it was a 10 minute drive to town for groceries.
