Cleaners had just started cleaning home at 5pm when check-in was at 4. We can adapt had we been notified but no one reached out to us to let us know. Cleaners were still there at 8pm. Unacceptable. The yard was overgrown and garbage thrown about. We did receive a 20% discount on one night for our inconvenience but that’s not nearly enough when the first night is completely wasted waiting on cleaners to leave. The road to the home is very narrow and dangerous to turn a boat around as it dead ends without proper clearance. I would recommend to all boaters to launch your boat before arriving to this home. This is a safety hazard and should’ve been explained ahead of time. We are not new boaters and definitely not new to Norris Lake. But we do expect proper communication.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lake house! The house was spotless and had every amenity we could ask for. The only exception was the fire pit which was basically unusable. The grass was unkept. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the living areas were spacious and inviting. The lake views were breathtaking. We spent our days enjoying the water, relaxing on the deck, and taking in the peaceful surroundings. We also rented a pontoon boat that fit nicely in the dock. The property was quiet, private, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The owners were excellent to work with throughout the entire process and responded immediately to any questions we had, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. If you’re looking for a great spot on the lake, this is the one.
