"Serene and quiet. Had a restful stay. Short staffed on checkout caused us to carry out our own bags up a flight of stairs. Generally the staff is great. Location is in San Jose far from crowds in private community so felt safe. Swim out pool not worth it, tiny and no great views to ocean really just to gardens. Beach is not for swimming like most places. A 10 on cleaning. Some of the furniture is dated."
