Hotel was in a great location. The staff was so warm, welcoming and friendly. We never needed a thing. I loved all the hot spring pools and jacuzzis. This is a safe , beautiful hotel. The only improvement that I could even think of would be the lighting in the room. It was very dim and very hard to apply makeup in the bathroom. Maybe a lighted mirror would help.

A really nice property with wonderful service. Everyone was helpful and cheerful. I would never tire of waking up and sitting on the balcony to watch the clouds climb over Arsenal volcano. Just beautiful. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, and I’m not a buffet fan. The gym could use a slight upgrade with more room, but I’d definitely recommend the hotel to anyone.
