"This was the second Hôtel we booked through hotels.com on this trip was supposed to be a treat stay after the previous basic one and it was not good. The chat to resolve our issues went nowhere. Pool and spa closed, no restaurant open at all, the sink in our room was broken. It was very disappointing, not made clear enough it was basically all shut still at the end of May. Gruissan the town however is glorious."

"The standard of the hotel was superb, and its access to the rail and bus stations couldn’t have been better. There were two places within the complex to get a snack, and a lovely restaurant just a few minutes walk away. I thoroughly recommend the hotel, which was clean and quiet, and very well served, with free still or sparking water on tap as well as excellent staff and facilities. "
