"There was plenty of parking on arrival and instructions received before arrival were very clear. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was lovely with a little balcony, kitchen, sitting area and bathroom. It was very well lit, plenty of windows and well heated. Do be aware there was no hand soap provided. It was within walking distance of Mont-Saint-Michel and local amenities. Looking forward to staying here again."

"The apartment was well equipped with every thing you needed .The sun terrace was a real bonus for meals alfresco and sun bathing . Boulangerie , Lidel and beach all with in walking distance and a 10min walk into Granville. The owner Mme Helaine was a really lovely lady who spoke good English . We would highly recommend this property for a great holiday."

"We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights end of March but were let down by a number of factors in the control of the owner ie. 1. No reply received to 4 messages sent to the owner over a 4 week period until the day before we arrived. 2. Only 1/4 of a toilet roll provided. 3. We had to make up the bed. 4. TV had a moveable aerial which we had to balance on a box in the window to get reception. Only limited local tv channels provided 5. Only perfunctory information provided. In addition parking was...

"Le propriétaire a loué son appartement à d'autres locataires sur airbnb. Arrivés sur place l'appartement etait occupé et la propriétaire était injoignable. Une semaine après, je ne suis toujours pas remboursée. C'était un dimanche soir et Abritel n'a pas solutionné le problème. Leur messagerie est en anglais et l'interlocuteur n'a proposé aucune solution. C'est scandaleux ! Fuyez!"

"C'est presque la Bretagne c'est aussi beau et plus près. On se demande pourquoi Granville n'est pas aussi connu alors que c'est magnifique, que L'archipel de Chausey est une merveille. Peut être manque t il du sable sur la plage du Casino, mais il y en a de magnifique à moins de 10 km"

"Un petit studio au top très bien équipé, vue mer, et une localisation vraiment agréable on peut oublier la voiture : la plage immense en sortant de l’hermitage, on peut marcher jusqu’à Granville, profiter de la thalassothérapie, vraiment on recommande !"
