"From the beginning dealing with Taos Apartments was not a good experience! 1. The rate was different from the one offered on the Expedia site. They wanted to charge us almost double rate, they didnt want to accept the Expedia rate. The staff did not even know that their hotel was on Expedia. They kept saying to us that there was no reservation on our name, that we were not in their system. They kept saying that they do not work with Expedia. We had to show them our reservation and Expedia...

"The place is located at very convenient area, all what you need it is close. What I didn't liked was a politic of the hotel to receive visit only until 21:00 pm. which I guess is really oldie one. Besides that I had it a good experience."

"The actual hotel was ideal for my requirements....the right location for what I had in mind. However sadly the free breakfast confirmed to me in the original pricing 6 months ago apparently shouldn't of been included. Despite having the original email print off from hotels.com, the hotel advised me that their records showed breakfast wasn't included.
