This charming holiday home is ideally located in La Guérinière, just 240 metres from the sandy beaches of La Court and La Cantine. Perfect for a stay with friends or family, it has a beautiful enclosed garden, offering a pleasant outdoor space to relax and enjoy the sun. A terrace will allow you to meet around an aperitif or to enjoy delicious grilled meats on the barbecue or on the griddle.

Inside, the spacious and tastefully decorated house offers all the necessary comforts. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. The two master suites are equipped with queen size beds (160/200), televisions and private bathrooms for more privacy. The third bedroom has a double bed (140/190) on the mezzanine, and two single beds (90/190). The fourth bedroom offers a double bed (140/190), a single bed (90/190) on the mezzanine and a double sofa bed.

For moments of conviviality, you will enjoy an open living space including a fully equipped American kitchen (induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave). Its central island is a real invitation to share. The cozy living room is ideal for relaxing and spending time together in a warm atmosphere.
For even more comfort, the house provides you with practical equipment such as a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

Close to all amenities. The house is very clean and tidy. The outdoor covered area is super useful on hot and rainy days. We rented bikes and were able to tour the entire island from this central location.

This is the finest property we have rented in France , over the past 20 years. Recently refurbished to an exceptionally high standard, and furnished with up to date IKEA furniture. The Beds are spacious and comfortable, in all the bedrooms, with 2 en suite. The open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area is beautifully equipped. Our French is very limited, But David and Laurent were fantastic. The teens loved the 'Chromecast' facility, allowing them to stream content. The outdoor bar area was wonderful when we enjoyed Barbecues & played Darts. La Guerinier is a peaceful village, but enjoys a great market and antiques fair, with two large supermarkets 5 mins by car. The beach is literally 5 mins walk and has miles of sandy beach around a wide shallow bay with warm sea to enjoy. Noirmoutier Island is best explored on bicycle, and enjoys excellent cycle ways to all the destinations. This property was the ideal rest we needed during this very unusual COVID year. many thanks David and Laurent.

Maison avec certes des chambres spacieuses et grande piece de vie avec une cuisine bien aménagée mais pas mal de points négatifs surtout la propreté. Maison qui n'est pas entretenue c'est dommage. Moitie des volets qui ne fonctionnent pas, baie vitrée impossible à fermer, literie pas confortable, poussieres, fuite d'eau SDB, évier bouché, cheveux et saletés sur les lits. Linge de lit plus que mediocre : couettes peu epaisses et jaunies, idem pour les oreillers, Très bien située pourtant mais pour le prix ce ne sont absolument pas des "prestations haut de gamme"

Je suis mere de 6 enfants, jsi 84 ans et je voulais reunir mes enfants et mes gendres et belles filles tous ensemble pour un sejour au bord de la mere, jzi choi lile de noirmoutier pour nous evader un peu et passer du bon temos ensemble. Merci pour ce week end merveilleux dans un endroit superbe.

Petit wk entre copains d enfance, maison très bien pensée surtout avec sa cuisine d été semi ouverte mais avec la possibilité de la fermer ou de l ouvrir rapidement Un barbecue et une grande plancha sont très appréciables, ainsi que la douche extérieure pour le retour de plage. Nous étions 11 potes quinquagénaires avec 2 suite parentales et 2 chambres de 4 et 5 places, on a donc du cohabiter pour certains pour la nuit mais cela s est bien passé et avec la salle dd bain en plus cela faisait 2 douches et 1 baignoire avec paroi donc pas de bousculade, idem pour les toilettes.... Plage à 200m à pied, top quoi à refaire

C est le top du top avons apprécié la cuisine exterieur l interieur de la maison tout est fait avec goût. Pensez au livre d or pour y laisser notre appréciation au propriétaire. Un vrai bonheur nous nous sommes cru au paradis . Je vais recommander à nos connaissances Encore un grand merci

Maison agréable et bien équipée. Peut-être dans le descriptif, préciser qu'une caution est demandée si on ne prend pas le service de nettoyage. (sauf erreur de ma part, je ne l'ai pas vu indiquer). Un regret, ne pas avoir de contact direct avec le propriétaire hormis les SMS ou téléphone.
