Beautiful, spacious furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath split level duplex in highly desired Mount La Jolla community. Sleeps six comfortably. Master bedroom king bed, 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds. Large screen streaming TVs in all three bedrooms and living room. Alexa. Spacious two car garage, central heat & A/C . Large deck off living room with new grill and outdoor seating for six w/umbrella. Two new 7 speed bicycles with helmets, yoga/exercise mats, games, pool noodles, portable cornhole, four chairs, boogie boards, ice chest and umbrella to take to the beach, 4 tennis rackets w/balls. Community has wonderful amenities - tennis courts, four swimming pools, locker room & sauna, fitness center, putting green (4 putters w/balls provided at residence for guest use), library, clubhouse. Central location 1.5 miles to La Jolla village center and Pacific Beach. Minutes to beaches. Easy on/off I-5. 15 minutes to downtown and airport or to Torrey Pines Golf Course/Sea World/San Diego Zoo/downtown San Diego/Del Mar/North County. HOA maintains landscape. Minimum monthly rental.
