"Pros: Das Haus ist neu, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage am Rand von Tiscamanita ist ideal, wenn man Ruhe sucht. Kein Durchgangsverkehr, kaum Geräusche, freundliche Nachbarn und ein weiter Blick in die vulkanisch geprägte Landschaft. Das angrenzende Ferienhaus ist durch eine Mauer getrennt, akustisch aber gelegentlich hörbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Aussenbereich mit Sitzplatz und Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein. "The property is very new and very large! Would be a great venue for a family or group of friends looking for a peaceful and private stay in the South of the island.
It would be worth noting that the owner has a private flat on the premises and is sometimes around although i was never bothered by this. The property is not quite finished (some lights not fitted, filler marks to walls etc) but this did not impede my stay. I did miss that there was no washing machine, kettle or coffee machine. Pool...
