"This hostal is only 3 km away from Segovia, a convenient location, but would not be a suitable place to stay for international travellers who don't understand Spanish. We booked a day before our arrival, but soon realised we were not expected. The staff did not understand English, we did not undetstand Spanish, a lot of confusion...with the help of another guest there who acted as interpreter, we were told to wait, a room had to be found, cleaned especially for us in a hurry. "5 star hotel, 5 star staff, top of the line service, restaurants in property serving breakfast buffet, and dinner, the location!!! The property is impecable, rooms are huge, comfy beds, big bathroom and fluffy towels. Nothing compare to Paradores in Spain. This is the second property I stayed during this road trip and i am extremely happy I chose to stay at Paradores . Highly recommend it!! "
