"When we got to Salinas I texted the owner to get the directions of the house and she told me this house is not on vrbo since months ago and she didn't understand how I got the booking. "

"My only criticism is that the power for the rental was turned off at the circuit breaker. It should be turned on prior to the guests arrival. I originally thought nothing was working until I noticed the refrigerator was. At the circuit breaker, the refrigerator power was tapped off to stay on and all other tabs were off. If I had arrived at night, that would have been very difficult to determine in the dark. "

"El Departamento muy bueno, acceso a la playa (playa casi exclusiva para los residentes de las torres), piscinas y jacuzzi muy bien, el personal administrativo muy gentil. Lo único malo fue el acceso a las torres, calles en mal estado sin luminarias adecuadas, nos dio temor salir en la noche."

"This listing was a fraud. Owner stated they never rented out the place despite the listing having their name and number. I believe she was trying to get more money. I would not recommend this place and would stay clear because you will be stranded like me and my family were. Horrible Vrbo owner"

"The apartment was very well kept and clean. There were utensils and other kitchen items that came in handy for making breakfast for the family. The location was perfect as it was not far from all the beach activities. There was a security person 24 hours a day which helped with the safety aspect. There is street parking but it is literally in front of the building and security sits outside most of the time so everything felt safe. I really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend. "
