"Glad to have had breakfast included in our stay. WOuld like to have had another drink option other than coffee or strawberry water. Water, apple juice or OJ would've been great for the kiddos.
We had a drunk man open our door with his key the first night and tried to enter the room. It was very late and we heard him trying to gain entry to other rooms as well. The door bar was in position however so he was unable to access completely thank goodness. I alerted the front desk who re-keyed our room...
"Great spot for the piece. Right across from the beach. That also means some of the metal appliances have some rust due to the salt. Staff was nice. Bed was comfy, AC works and there is the boardwalk just a 15 minute walk away. "
"Staff was informative and helpful. Room was modern, clean and spacious. Breakfast area was small but they had plenty of options including waffles. Transportation to and from port was excellent "

"We have stayed here several times and will stay here every time we are in Galveston! Beautiful historic hotel in a great location. The staff are top notch and have all been amazing every time!"

"While the property is busy with people coming and going until late in the evening, everyone was friendly. The noise stayed on the lobby level. Breakfast is in two rooms in the lobby. Ride share can get in and out easily. Rooms are clean. Hallways were pretty quiet during my stay. Literally across the street from the beach. I stay here each year."
