"This apartment is spacious and has the benefit of the most wonderful views. Not mentioned is the stunning roof terrace that has marvellous 360• views across several bays. There is, perhaps, not enough explanation of using the facilities and I had to message the owner frequently over the first few days. My advice is to ensure that you know how to switch on the hot water, where the washing machine is and possibly how to connect the WiFi before you book. I would thoroughly recommend this...

"We had a great stay. Carmelo helped really quickly whenever we had a problem. The stove was broken and he replaced it immediately. Arinaga is really nice and the apartment well located. You can go swimming a few meters opposite. The terrace is great although the wall is a bit high and so you only have the great sea view when standing."

"Wife and I had a great time at Victors apartment the highlight is the huge roof terrace which gets the sun all day. The apartment is also very well located for the beach, restaurants etc and there is a big Spar supermarket just down the street .Great place great host top marks Jim and Dawn"

"la vacanza è stata molto bella e l'appartamento è in una posizione perfetta ,con 2 spiagge Melenara e Salineta a 100 m di distanza . L'appartamento è dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari per potere cucinare in casa. Appartamento pulito e luminoso. Altra cosa molto importante è stata la disponibilità del signor Fernando che ringrazio . Spero di tornare per ripetere l'esperiena molto positiva..."

"We stayed a week, facilities to cook but also many restaurants in very easy walking distance. Nice small beach about 10-15mins walk away, bigger beach with waves further away, can walk or get the bus. Las Palmas is a big city with everything you could need. We really cyclists and there is a good bike hire place called Free Motion. There is also the long sea front path which is nice. The view from the apartment is very nice and you can see the various ships coming and going from the deep water...
