"Vilaflor is truly a hidden gem in Tenerife. And to be able to stay in such a quiet, affordable, simple and well-run place was a joy. The staff were nice and helpful and the place simply had a very beautiful charm. In the mountains you can relax and breathe and we really appreciated having Ziggys as a temporary home. And it was good to be located with fair travel distance to all Tenerifes ”must see” places. Güimar is a small town with a ”non-tourist” feeling, so you get a touch of how the locals live. I really recommend this place. Cons: The neighbours had some cocks that made some noise at night some times."
