Getting around Corralejo in Fuerteventura is quite easy, as it is a tourist town with good transportation options.

Here are some alternatives for moving around both in Corralejo and nearby areas:

1. On foot: Corralejo is a compact town, ideal for exploring on foot. Main beaches, restaurants and shops are within walking distance of downtown.

2. Bicycle: Renting a bike is an economic and ecological option to get around the area, including the Dunas de Corralejo and more remote beaches. There are rental businesses in the centre.

3. Rental car: If you plan to visit other parts of Fuerteventura, such as El Cotillo or Puerto del Rosario, renting a car gives you the greatest flexibility. The roads are in good condition, and the traffic is light.

4. Public Transportation (guaguas): There are buses that connect Corralejo with other points of the island, such as line 6 towards Puerto del Rosario . It is a budget option, but time can be limited.

5. Taxis: Taxis are easily accessible and convenient for short trips or if you prefer not to rent a car. You can also use them to move to nearby places.

6. Ferry to Ile de Lobos: From the port of Corralejo, you can take a ferry for an excursion to the Isla de Lobos , ideal for a day of hiking and beach.
