Apartamentos Hesperia Bristol Playa
Mattresses were worn right down (compacted down to the springs). Futon used as a sofa was SO uncomfortable. Like sitting on marble. Inadequate kitchen items. Please try giving guests a heads-up as to when housekeeping staff will come in!! Desk staff, bar staff, maintenance staff were fabulous!!

Hotel LIVVO Corralejo Beach
Good central location for us and we enjoyed the well presented breakfast buffet each day. Rooms were clean and spacious but could do with some updating in places.

Hotel Riu Palace Tres Islas
Felt very rundown and way past its best. Old fashioned interiors and still hints of the 1980s everywhere. Average client was old and pretty boring. That’s how the entire place felt.
