"A fabulous stay. Resort spotless, beautiful kept grounds and peaceful and quiet. Taxi rank outside for convenience. Staff attentive and nothing is a problem for them. The biggest compliment is the food at the restaurant ate there every night and everything I had off the menu was superb. Spoke to other guests who couldn't believe how nice the food was. "Very nice apartment by the sea, with a balcony and also a cosy swimming pool inside the private complex; Apartment was clean and functional. Only it requires some upgrades, as a couple of electrical outlets are dislodged from the wall. But overall, I like the room. Possibility of eating at the local restaurant by the pool was a plus; staff was very friendly."

"A lovely villa in a great location, just a couple of minutes from the beach and a short walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of Corralejo. The pool was a real treat for cooling off, the garden and roof terrace were a joy, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.The welcome package of food and drinks was a lovely touch. It saved us an instant rush to the supermarket on arrival, and we could settle in and relax straight away. Padraig was a fantastic host, quick to respond, helpful from the moment we booked, and check-in was easy and seamless.Although the property doesn't have air-conditioning, there are ample fans, and opening the windows strategically in the evening kept it comfortable throughout our stay.Clean, comfortable and peaceful, it felt like a home from home. We'd highly recommend it and would happily stay again."

"The apartment is very lovely, clean, equipped with everything you may need on vacation. Extra towels, beach towels, beach umbrella's, excellent tv with unlimited movie collection over IPTV.. There were a locker in the cabinet, tons of board games in drawers. Pool front apartment, corner lot. Ample ceiling fans. It is a very comfortable place. The only issue, I had was not something the owner's could address, it's the spanish construction style. Walls are probably thin or built someway that you can clearly hear conversation from other apartments above and next to you.. as if they are in the same room. Finding the location at night was a problem. Google GPS can't find it and in spain, road names are messed up, lots of one way road and often nameless or same name in other cities. Finding the right entrance was a pain. The worst was the parking situation. No parking available. Very limited street parking that, you could never park. i managed to get a disabled spot and a truck hit my car and drove off. Petty little things that not much to do with the owners or the apartment but someone planning a trip at that location should keep in mind. On the other hand, it's very close to beach. close to shopping.. I'd stay there again. I had some mishaps with the car and finding the place the first night but all good ... because of the parking situation, i gave it 4 stars, had there been parking arrangement, i would have given 5 stars all in all."

Well maintained grounds. Everything we needed in kitchen as cooked most meals. Only suggestion, which is a tiny thing, is kitchen really needs a new garlic crusher!!!!"

"The villa lived up to expectations, we had a fabulous week. My only suggestion would be to have more parasols for shade on the roof terrace and in the bbq area. Our two children were never out of the pool and loved it. It was only a 5 minute walk to a shop and about a 15 minutes walk to more shops and restaurants. The beach bars nearby were worth a walk to and we had a lovely meal there. The area around the villa is very quiet and also very clean. Would recommend casa Elena and hopefully will book again. Frank , the host, is friendly and easy to chat to and sorted us arriving an hour early with no problems."

"The accommodation was so lovely. Enough room for everyone and the pool was great. There was everything we needed in kitchen.The only downside was the downstairs bedrooms. They were very hot and even with the fans it was uncomfortable to sleep. We had a great week and would definitely recommend it. The location is really good, right by the beach and a short walk into town."
