You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

In the center of the city of La Paz. On Av. Maple. Very safe place, near embassies of the USA and Brazil. Excellent location in front of Mall Multicine with gym, parking, ATMs, shops, food court, cinemas, restaurants, medical center, cafes, banks and shopping. In front of Teleferico. Supermarket one block away. Two blocks from the Mall Plaza. Pharmacy at the door.

Spacious and fully equipped. 90m2 of surface. Sunny with nice view, comfortable and clean. All the equipment and furniture is new. With 2 rooms with heating. 2 bathrooms, one full and one small without shower. Living room with sofa, dining room for 6 people. (Comfortable sofa to sleep)

BREAKFAST: We provide free of charge the supplies so you can make your own breakfast every day (bread, butter, jam, eggs, tea, coffee, mate and orange juice) and a bottle of welcome water.

Full kitchen consists of all implements including coffee maker, toaster, microwave, electric boiler, utensils and complete crockery for 6 people.

I pick up airport with additional cost in private car available 24 hrs for the price of a taxi that takes the key of the Apartment to the Airport!

Public transport at the door.

They will have advice and guidance for tourism, transportation or whatever they need during their stay. You can contact me at any time.
