Good value accommodations in La Paz

Clearly a new property, with in-person security, and very well decorated. Location is not right on the malacon/main tourist area but we were fine with that--met our expectations. The rental had a secure parking space but we got around town by walking. If you have kids or older folks, you would need a car to stay here. Very close coffee shop and good "cheap eats" by the marina. Only issue was minimalist approach to towels, soap, paper towels, kitchen items etc. Other VRBO's are more generous with items. Also, the listing says there is laundry but that common room is still under construction . There is a pool that looked good but we didn't use it.
