The Space:

This three-bedroom home sleeps up to five guests just six blocks from La Paz's waterfront Malecón — the city's hub for dining, shopping, and sunset strolls along the ocean. It's the kind of place where you can walk to breakfast, drive ten minutes to beautiful beaches like Coromuel and Playa el Tesoro, then come home to your own private patio to unwind after a day of exploring.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The first bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to the back patio. The second offers a double bed, and the third has a single bed — great for a solo traveler or child. All three rooms feature split-type AC units and room-darkening shades so you can sleep in after late-night tacos. The full bathroom includes a rainfall showerhead.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The living room centers around a sectional sofa and wall-mounted smart TV — perfect for movie nights after a long beach day. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a stainless steel gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, and all the cookware you need to make breakfast or prepare fresh seafood from the local market. Sit down together at the dining table for six, which also doubles as a laptop-friendly workspace when you need to catch up on email.



Outdoor Amenities

The fully fenced private backyard gives you a quiet spot to sip morning coffee or air-dry beach towels on the drying rack. You'll also find beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and snorkel gear ready to go — just grab them and head out. Parking for two vehicles on-site means your rental car stays cool and secure between adventures.



Good To Know

Fast pocket Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection keep you connected, and the in-unit washer and dryer let you pack light no matter how long you stay. The single-level layout and private entrance with smart lock make check-in seamless. Long-term stays are welcome — this home is designed to feel like yours from the first night.



Guest Access:

This is a self-check-in property using a code for the digital keypad to enter. Code and instructions will be provided before arrival.

Getting Around:

The condo is about 12.4 km |7.7 mi from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 192 km | 119 mi from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD). There is parking for 2 cars at the property.



Other Things to Note:

We encourage all guests to use water and electricity mindfully, as these resources can sometimes be limited in the city. In the rare event of any service disruption, we always work to resolve it as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth stay.



Keep in mind we provide a limited supply of essentials like soap and toilet paper to get you started. You’ll have to pack or purchase other items, like shampoo, bath gel, etc., if needed.



Electricity is included in short-term stays but not included for long-term stays over 28 nights.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



HOUSE RULES:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated, especially after 10 pm. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.

- There are exterior surveillance cameras at the property facing common areas and public spaces only. They are strictly for security reasons and to ensure guests' safety.

- Electricity cuts are not common but might occur during your stay, these are temporary outages beyond our control.

- We don't provide any streaming credentials; you can use your own.
