"The hotel has some great qualities, but there are definitely areas that need improvement. The hotel’s design is beautiful, with a stylish aesthetic that gives the property a unique character. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and nicely designed. The rooftop is the highlight of the property—the sunset views are absolutely beautiful and well worth visiting. Pricing was also reasonable for the experience. However, housekeeping was disappointing. The room didn’t feel as clean as it should have, and the shower curtain was stained and clearly due for replacement. Water pressure in the shower was also quite low, which made showering less enjoyable. The evening turndown service was also underwhelming. While the hotel does provide it, it was very poorly executed during our stay. The room was essentially left as it was, so it didn’t add any value to the experience. Overall, it’s a beautiful, well-designed hotel with a lot of potential thanks to its rooms and incredible rooftop, but it could significantly improve the guest experience by paying more attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and service consistency."

"The pool was very small and filthy. There were algae floating around. When we inquired, we were told it would be three days before it would be clean. The cleaning, maintenance and restaurant staff were all very attentive, friendly and helpful. The room was clean; my only complaint is the space. It had a lot of furniture for a small room. The breakfast was good. They had a daily specialty item, and they cook your eggs to your liking. If not, there is a selection of items to choose from, even for those picky eaters."

"Staff was super attentive. Spa was amazing! Messages were very good! We had breakfast included, well worth it. Food was great at each spot here. Clean rooms and property. It’s is off from the main area in city but close enough so it quiet area and upscale area. They have a gate to get into property area(which is big). Coming back next year and staying here again. Worth the money"

"J’ai été très satisfait dans l’ensemble. C’est un hôtel un peu vieux mais quand même très propre. J’ai aimé la localisation un peu en retrait du Malecón mais très proche. Il y a un supermarché juste en face. Le petit déjeuner est dans le resto à côté. Pas super copieux mais au moins c’est inclus dans le prix. Seul aspect négatif: il n’y a pas de frigo dans la chambre."
