"Amazing!!! We had the best time and this hotel was one of the highlights of our entire trip. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were super nice and helpful. The views from the balcony were amazing. The room looks out over the gulf at the island of Capri. The sunsets were phenomenal from both the room and the rooftop terrace. I highly recommend a cocktail/glass of wine on the rooftop while watching the sunset. It was stunning! The icing on the cake is the onsite restaurant! We decided to eat dinner there almost every night. The food and service were some of the best of the entire trip. Also, don’t forget there is an indoor heated pool in the spa in addition to the rooftop pool. If there was a con, it would be the location relative to downtown Sorrento, but the EAV bus route has a stop right in front of the hotel. For only 2 Euros, you can be downtown in 10-15 minutes. 10/10 recommend!!"

"The hotel is on a very large piece of property containing olive, lemon and orange trees located outside of Sorrento center. Its garden grows many vegetables that are used by the restaurant. The food is delicious and the waiters are very friendly and accommodating. The other staff is also extremely friendly and accommodating and there is always someone available to assist in any way with a smile. To me, it also has a spa feel in that the room comes with lovely soaps and lotions, robes, slippers and soft towels. I did not get to the beach nor did I see the animals so I cannot comment on that. The complementary shuttle to and from the city center is very helpful and on time but only runs in the morning and night."
