After a storm, the most beautiful rainbow I've ever seen came out, and all of us drifted out from our separate rooms to stand on the balcony and enjoy it together. This location is quiet and close to both the town and state park beaches and hikes. It was everything we were looking for. "Very nice lodge like property West facing on Madeline Island. Wife and I stayed for 10 days and it was enjoyable. Pros: -Great views (sunsets) and water access -Larger than the pics indicate, actually is 2 different buildings with 3 separate living areas, could easily accommodate multiple families -Very close to town -The owner was very responsive Cons: -Doesn’t have a washer or dryer -You have to be careful of ticks as they are definitely in the long grass on the property"
