Gourmet Kitchen with an extra large island that seats 4, is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, french door refrigerator, quartz countertops, gas range, walk-in pantry, countertop oven and air fryer, Ninja blender, Nespresso coffee machines, rice cooker/steamer, all essential serve-ware including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, coffee cups, cooking utensils & tools, spice rack, Maldon flake sea salt packets, and more.

We do not supply cooking oil, sprays, foil, plastic wrap or other cooking ingredients. Dining table seats 8.

Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper and laundry liquid soap.

GOLF CART RENTAL:

Golf Cart Rental available upon request. Golf Car seats 4 Adults. Must 18 years or older with a valid Drivers License. $70/day

OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, steam iron.

COMMUNITY ACCESS:
You will have access to the community pool as well. Outdoor living/BBQ area, Fitness center, Bocce ball and Shuffleboard. (Key FOBs are in the home)

AMEX Golf Tournament (Stadium Course) : From mid-December to late-January, the American Express Golf Tournament will be setting up for its annual PGA golf tournament on the golf course adjacent to our property. This means that there may be obstructions and limited visibility of the golf course during this period. Please be aware that our vacation rental property is located on the world famous Stadium Course. We want to inform our guests that we have no control over and are not responsible for any renovations, maintenance, or construction activities that may occur on the golf course during your stay. These activities are managed solely by the golf course administration and may result in noise, changes in landscape, or restricted access to certain areas. We are located on but are not affiliated with the Stadium Course.


LOCATION:
Less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is close with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 15 minutes from I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley attractions.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?

Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in or late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?

Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?

Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
YES, hot tub heat is complimentary, the pool is 50 per day to heat to 88 degrees (only needed October-May) Summer months the pool sits from 85-95 degrees.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?

All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes Keurig and Nespresso pods and we also offer a spice rack, Maldon flaky sea salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?

We have an indoor speaker but we do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker in case you have connectivity issues or want to use them outdoors.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.
