Good staff. Terrible hotel. Problem in every room.

Room heaters very weak, almost zero. I have very good tolerance with cold, but when it's -3°C outside and the heaters almost don't work, no matter what, you'll at least hope there's hot water in the night? But no! Even hot water is not available at night, it seems to be only in the mornings. I was shivering and freezing and slept with loads of layers after hours of trying to fall asleep in the cold. Barely got in 4 hours of sleep, then went for breakfast (I had already paid for it). Half the fruits were stale, the eggs boiler was connected but even after trying 2 times of 10 min and with assistance of the staff, the eggs never boiled. I just left the hotel without proper breakfast as I did not want to be late for my business meetings, deciding I'll never ever return to this establishment again. The staff was professional, but the hotel needs serious maintenance and 24 hours assistance as bare minimum. Please avoid

En ce qui concerne la chambre, je pense quil faudrait un peu de renovation, les boitiers avec des fils sans cache, les prises prariquement arrachees au mur et le matelas une catastrophe. Pour la propreté je ne mettrai que 4 etoiles car je ne trouve pas la moquette hygiénique. Pour le petit dejeuner, positif. Enfin de la nourriture proposée en individuelle. Personne ne touche la meme cuillere ou le meme pot pour se servir. Ne risque pas de tousser ou éternuer dessus. Pour laccueil, super meme tardivement. Ah si le point de plus, vous avez le restaurant "la Boucherie" au meme etage que l'hotel. Pas besoin de reprendre la voiture.

Le personnel reste correct. Mais le reste est catastrophique. Je ne fais jamais mis d’avis négatif mais là je le fait pour les personnes qui pense que ce lieu est un hôtel. Rien n’est isolé un bruit épouvantable, tout résonne dans le couloir et l’accueil jusque dans votre chambre. J’ai loué 2 nuit . Le 1 et jour j’ai laissé ma tasse de café que j’avais utilisé sur le petit bureau. Le soir en rentrant le lit était fait mais la tasse toujours sale . Une serviette pour 2 jours . J’ai dû acheter un gel douche au lieu d’avoir ces pseudo échantillon gel douche pour me laver.
Ménage qui laisse à désirer
Moquette plus que vieille et abîmé
Pas de rideau fins. Si je voulais de la lumière sans la chambre je devais tirer ce rideau épais et me retrouver face au parking sans rideau fin avec vu complète sur la chambre
Des échantillons de savon petit format pour se laver pour 2 jours .
