"Small but beautiful and clean apartment, 2 blocks from the beach. Check-in is at a completely different address several blocks away, which was unclear in the app, so I had to walk some distance with my bags to find it. The staff were very sweet and they drove me back to the apartment after check in. Check out procedure is also vague, I dropped off the key cards, then emailed to confirm that was all I had to do, but have yet to receive a response. Unclear if the problem is with the Hotels.com...

"The breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices and great coffee machines...check In and out was fast..hotel staff was great at explaining elevator key card..breakfast time wifi and shuttle times to airport..the worst thing experienced was the shuttle pickup after a long flight arrived for the 520pm pick at terminal 1 was full only 12 seater and the next shuttle 605pm had 16 people waiting..then 650pm was the one I could get on..I found out later that the hotel had booked cruiseship workers that had flown in that day using the shuttle service and reserving the 2nd and third floor...then had taken up in the restaurant at 7pm for there meeting...you would think the cruiseship would have set up the transport for there workers as they left the hotel at 6am so never saw them (the cruiseship workers )again...other then the shuttle it was a pleasant comfortable stay thanks"
