"We had great 3 night post cruise stay. Staff was amazing, very hospitable. Housekeeping lady was so kind, sweet and very good detailed- our room looked amazing. Breakfast and bar team, were very friendly as well. Check-in is at a completely different address several blocks away, which was unclear in the app, so I had to walk some distance with my bags to find it. Check out procedure is also vague, I dropped off the key cards, then emailed to confirm that was all I had to do, but have yet to receive a response. Unclear if the problem is with the Hotels.com...

"Average older hotel, not much around, only booked it for free transfer to airport. However, it runs every 30 minutes and you need to make a reservation and it was full when we wanted to go. The rooftop bar was nice, but it took forever to get drinks because there was only one bartender and he was also acting as the server. If you wish to travel into Barcelona, you need to either take a cab or the train which requires a 15 to 20 minute walk to and from."
