The bedroom was in the roof space and the only window was very small and high up in the eaves and couldn't be opened unless we stood on a chair which wasn't very safe as my husband is 78 and has had 2 knee replacements, we did request a different room but wer,e told there was not one available,however the hotel did not appear to be full. "
