Ursprünglich hatten wir eine andere (viel schönere/luxuriösere) Unterkunft in Weismes reserviert. Diese Buchung wurde von Belvilla etwas mehr als einen Monat im Voraus mit der Begründung storniert, dass das Haus nicht mehr verfügbar sei. Die Unterkunft in La Roche war die einzige Alternative, die unserer Gruppe angeboten wurde, so kurzfristig hatten wir keine andere Wahl. Die Küche ist groß, aber es gibt keinen Stauraum für Lebensmittel, die nicht im Kühlschrank sein müssen, also haben wir sie auf dem Tisch gelassen. Bei der Ankunft konnten wir das (gebuchte und bezahlte) Bettzeug nicht finden, nach telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme stellte sich heraus, dass es in einer Kiste im Flur mit einem Schloss lag, wir bekamen telefonisch den Code, damit wir das Bettzeug bekommen konnten. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, die Betten sind in Ordnung, aber man schläft unter einer schmutzigen Decke (mit Laken) statt einer Bettdecke. In diesem Haus gibt es viele Wartungsarbeiten, viel Holzfäule, hervorstehende Schrauben an der Balustrade des Balkons, es ist nicht sauber, es gibt Schimmel an den Wänden. In einem Schlafzimmer klebten Putze an der Wand, in einem anderen stand die Schranktür an der Wand. Am letzten Tag bekam eine Person eine kalte Dusche, weil das heiße Wasser plötzlich ausging?! Außerdem mussten wir selbst die Zählerstände erfassen, die Energiekosten berechnen und ein Formular ausfüllen, das auf dem Tisch im Haus liegen musste. Alles in allem haben wir die wunderschöne Umgebung von La Roche genossen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit zusammen, aber das hatte nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun.

Familien Treff in La Roche

Wir waren 13 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Leider mussten 3 Erwachsen und 1 Kind wegen Krankheit absagen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ausreichend vorhanden. Die Lage war abgelegen und gut zu erreichen. Weil das Wetter gut war konnten wir viel spazieren. Nach La Roche waren es 30 Minuten zu Fuss. Das Städchen ist sehr schon. Wir koennen es sicher weiter empfehlen.

Het huis heeft onderhoud nodig. Als je in bepaalde kamers een douche neemt, loopt er water door het plafond in de living. Spot komt uit plafond living. Sommige luiken zijn aan vervanging toe. Nooduitgang bovenste verdiep gaat NIET open. De vorige huurders hebben alles van keukenmateriaal zeer vuil achtergelaten. Dus alle borden, glazen, bestek, kommen, pannen enz afwassen op onze kosten (verbruik elektriciteit en water vaatwasmachine). Veel papiertjes en andere dingen lagen nog in kasten en op vloer. Volgens ons is er zeer oppervlakkig gekuist. Er staan 2 frigo's op beschrijving maar er is er maar een. Veel te weinig voor 24 man. Rest viel goed mee, Goede bedden (op eerste verdiep, tweede was iets minder), Ambiance hebben we zelf gemaakt. Wel spijtig dat je er zondag al uit moet voor 10u om de sleutel binnen te brengen. Dit brengt nodige stress mee op einde van mooi lang weekend.

Für größere Gruppen gut geeignet, sehr großer Aufenthalts/Essbereich. Zimmer funktional eingerichtet, Außengelände relativ ungepflegt und lieblos. Nahe an La Roche, was einen Ausflug wert ist. Insgesamt zu empfehlen, wenn man keinen gesteigerten Wert auf Komfort und Einrichtung legt. Unkompliziert in Buchung und Betreuung.

Ce gîte est parfait pour le déroulement d'un camp pionniers en Belgique. Nous étions un groupe de 21 personnes et tout le monde a adoré. La région offre également beaucoup d'activités à faire en groupe. Nous avons tous passé un super moment dans le gîte Jupiter !

Allereerst was er zo goed als geen warm water toen wij aankwamen. Wij hebben dit de volgende dag bij de verhuurder gemeld, waarna er een monteur kwam om dit op te lossen. Het is toen niet of nauwelijks opgelost. Daarnaast ging er bij het brandalarm (denken we) een continue servicemelding af, inclusief irritante piep. Ook dit hebben we (gelijktijdig) gemeld. Ook hiervoor kwam een monteur (dezelfde). Deze heeft het niet opgelost, maar wel het kastje opengebroken waardoor het glas eruit en kapot viel. We hebben uiteindelijk de installatie zelf maar gereset, waarna de servicemelding uitging. De betreffende monteur leuk overigens onder invloed, en deed voordat hij aankwam zichtbaar zijn behoefte in de berm naast het huis. Erg interessant. Ook was het huis verre van schoon toen wij aankwamen, was er geen stofzuiger, waren de douchegordijnen te kort waardoor de slaapkamers bij gebruik van de (koude) douche veranderden in een waterballet, en lekte de radiator van de sauna. Al met al een behoorlijk rommeltje. Gelukkig maakte de omgeving veel goed.

Aankomst verliep vlot , helaas was het huis niet echt proper en stond de koelkast en diepvries nog niet op . Buiten was het 40 graden en hebben tot s nachts moeten wachten op koude drankjes. Ook stond er in de beschrijving van het huis dat er 2 koelkasten aanwezig waren, wij hebben er maar 1 gevonden. De organisatie had op zijn minst beter kunnen poetsen en de koelkast kunnen opzetten . De omgeving was prachtig.
