Bien mais améliorations à faire.

Endroit calme, literie confortable. Bien situé. Parking souterrain très bien, par contre, il ne faut pas avoir une voiture trop basse ou trop large, sinon ça frotte. Par contre il fait chaud dans la chambre, le ventilateur n'est pas suffisant. Les joints de la douche laissent à désirer également.

Gros problème de ménage et entretien.

Attente a l'accueil pas loin de 10 minutes pour avoir notre carte de chambre, sur le lit il y avait des cheveux sur la couette et plus sous le drap, les joints du bac a douche sont noirs ..... La nuit a été calme et le matelas confortable..

Séjour pour de petites vacances. Les +: parking (mais payant 5€ par jour), proche de commodités (magasins, fast food, intermarché…), a 30 min des sables d’olonnes, à 50min du grand marché nocturne de St Jean de Mont… Les -: nous avons eu HYPER chaud dans la chambre, pas de climatisation ni de volet pour s’isoler de la chaleur, lavabo de la salle de bain bouché, situé dans une sorte de cité (pas trop en confiance), pas de piscine

Très bien équipé et confortable

Nous avions besoin d une nuit pour couper le chemin retour et J ai été très agréablement surprise par cet appart hôtel, à l accueil yta nous a apellé pour savoir si nous arrivions àprès les horaires d ouvertures et un sms pour la carte à été laissé au cas où le lieux est très propre, chambre confortable et silencieuse bien équipe, bouilloire thé café et frigo, tv nous étions 3 et chacun un lit avec literie top et les petits déjeuners copieux et agréable également

Appartement confortable et parking est un plus

Tout s'est bien passé. Nous sommes arrivés après l'heure d'enregistrement. La carte nous attendait dans un coffre sécurisé avec toutes les instructions. Un parking sécurisé est également mis à disposition pour les résidents. L'état de la chambre était propre et la literie confortable.
