Appartement de vacances situé dans un immeuble historique au pied du port de La Rochelle.
Il est situé au cœur de la ville de La Rochelle, à deux pas du centre ville et de la place du marché. Idéalement situé et refait à neuf en 2017, cet appartement rendra vos vacances encore plus agréables qu’elles ne devaient l’être.
Il est au troisième étage et se compose d'une kitchenette équipée, d'un séjour avec un canapé convertible pour 2 personnes, une salle d'eau et un WC.
Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Proche vieux port, au cœur du centre ville, proche des commerces et accès facile aux transports en communs, vue imprenable sur le port et la place de la Motte Rouge.

Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes). La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence. Concernant les animaux de compagnie, pour les logements qui les acceptent (voir descriptif ou en faire la demande au gestionnaire), un supplément de 39€/animal sera à régler en sus à l'arrivée.

Dès notre arrivée nous avons du effectuer le ménage, l'appartement était dans un tel état ( café sur le plan de travail, les tiroirs, le couvercle de la poubelle, des miettes à terre, la sdb n'en parlons pas), après 6h de voyage) nous avions pas envi de faire du ménage. C'est très dommage, car la situation de l'appartement est splendide.
