Excellent fully equipped warm and comfortable apartment in close proximity to slopes with accommodation which suited family plus grandparents. It’s on the third floor with views and balcony, but there is no lift. Ski locker on ground floor (only for skis). It’s a great place.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement, très cosy, super bien équipé et suffisamment spacieux pour 6 adultes.Situé à 5 minutes de distance à pied jusqu'au télésiège la Casse du Boeuf, et à proximité des commerces, de la piscine et de la patinoire, son emplacement très central est parfait.Le contact avec les propriétaires et avec Isabelle, la concierge, a été fluide et agréable, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les cadeaux de bienvenue qui nous attendaient à notre arrivée.Il n'y a effectivement pas d'ascenseur, mais les 3 escaliers sont très spacieux et faciles, cela ne nous a pas posé de problème.Nous reviendrons !

Nous avons passé de magnifique vacance en famille L’appartement est tellement cosy chaleureux ! Les photos sont identiques à la réalité ! A 3 mins à pieds des pistes ! Le plus il y’a un local fermé à clé en bas de l’immeuble pour ranger ses skis luge chaussure de ski etc La disponibilité de l’hôte est parfaite elle réponds dès qu’on a besoin de renseignements !!! Très bel appartement, agréablement décoré, emplacement parfait car tout peut se faire a pied, mais il serait plus fair-play de signaler que c'est au troisième étage et qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. A partir d'un certain age, ça compte !

Très bel appartement, très bien agencé, avec un charme fou ! Tout était parfait, literie excellente, confort assuré. Nous avons adoré notre séjour, nous avons pu tout faire à pieds à partir de l'appartement. La petite terrasse est aussi bien agréable. Le descriptif et les photographies de l’appartement sont très fidèles à la réalité. La décoration et l’aménagement sont dans le style chaleureux d’un chalet cosy et cocoon. Cet appartement de ski réussi l’exploit de proposer 3 chambres et une zone de couchage en mezzanine, pour une surface totale de 60 mètres carrés. Ce cloisonnement permet à 6 adultes (grand maximum) d’avoir des zones d’intimité, mais rend les surfaces des chambres très minimales. L’équipement de l’appartement est parfait, et les deux salles de bain et toilettes représentent un confort important au retour d’une journée de ski ! La résidence est très calme, à équidistance des commerces et de la première remontée mécanique (télécabine de Frejus) : 5 minutes de marche pour des adultes. La propriétaire, contactée plusieurs fois en amont du séjour, a toujours été à l’écoute, réactive et très cordiale. Nous avons toutefois rencontré un problème avec la «conciergerie» de l’appartement : lits non faits à l’arrivée (habitués des locations, c’est une première pour nous), demande de caution alors que cela n’était pas stipulé dans notre contrat, demande de départ en fin de séjour avant l’heure indiquée sur le contrat, acceptation de la bonne heure de départ sous conditions ... Nous espérons que ces problèmes soient ponctuels, et que cela ne pénalise pas les qualités indéniables de l’appartement et la communication très agréable avec la propriétaire.
