"The hotel has no elevators and I was given a room on 5th floor. Not suitable for an elderly client. No. Facilities, no charging ports. Not close to a 2 star hotel. "

"To be clear, I base this on the north american standards I am used to. The front desk staff was not very welcoming or friendly, however check in was fairly quick. The code for the internet was posted on a sign at the front desk and when i asked about it, he said to take a picture. The internet only worked in the lobby or the bar...not in the rooms. We went to order a pizza and were told we cant place a call from our room. They did dial the number from the front desk for us. The pool and outside bar area were lovely!! Nice to sit up there and have a drink in the warm air. There is a $46 charge on my credit card (on top of the room charge) that might be some sort of tourist tax??? I have no clue as it was not explained. The room was clean and functional and we were only there one night so it suited our needs. It is dated and felt cramped, but we did have a small table and chairs that we appreciated. I felt the price we paid was too high for what we got, but again, used to hotels in Canada and the US."

"Hosts were extremely welcoming, came and got us when we got lost en route to the house upon arrival. The property is beautiful, with spectacular views from the patio. It looks exactly like the photos. Fabulous breeze kept us cool on the patio from morning coffee until after dinner drinks. Two nice restaurants within walking distance for dinners if you don’t feel like driving. "
