"The staff were kind and professional. However the place seems to have run out of money for the upkeep. The towels were ratty and threadbare. Worse yet the bathroom was a health hazard! Mold everywhere. We were in room #2."

"Muy buena habitación en cuanto a espacio. Excelente ubicación cerca del centro con la posibilidad de encontrar parking fácilmente. Fue un poco difícil el check-in ya que el link que nos enviaron estaba roto (finalmente respondieron y pudimos entrar sin problema). Lo que peor nos pareció es que la habitación no tenía calefacción. Sentimos demasiado frío durante toda nuestra estadía. "

"My husband and I stayed at the Palazzo for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience throughout. Before we even arrived Salvatore was responsive with messages and arranging our late check in. "We booked very late on the day of our stay but managed to find this very reasonably priced room. Room was a bit on the small side but very well presented, really nice sheets, proper hotel towels, super shower and all very clean. "Really a terrific place to stay. Simple, efficient, well run, clean and an extremely helpful staff. The staff helped my daughter and I with great suggestions for day trips to nearby towns and beaches, including restaurant recommendations and useful tips on routes, etc. Breakfasts were great. Parking was very convenient and reasonably priced for the convenience of having a dedicated spot rather than constantly searching for street parking and having to pay. I saw some reviews mentioning sound from the bar in the evening but we experienced nearly complete silence in our 2nd floor room. We will definitely stay again next time we visit the region."
