Let me start saying this .. a friend of mine told me this was the best hotel in zacatecas period, but he was short … everyone is super nice and very kind , the hotel is beautiful and the restaurant is exquisite, very different than any other hotel that ever been , I would recommend to everyone with kids , it’s super quiet and it’s 10 minutes walk to everything, I will come back in September again , Thank you for such a great experience, love this hotel!

The hotel is in the best location. It’s right in the heart of the city. You are one block from Starbucks and a very popular cafe called La Acropolis. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean and felt safe. It’s more like a condo. A bit noisy in the morning due to some loud meetings they had downstairs but other than that it was perfect. At night after a certain time, the main entrance to the condos is locked so you’ll need a code to access to the building. We plan on staying...

We loved this hotel! The location is excellent; walking distance to downtown! It was not noisy at all. All hotel staff were friendly and professional. A older hotel across the street Plaza Hidalgo. Within walking distance to restaurants, museums and markets. I didn't have a balcony but enjoyed the rooftop terrace. Beautiful view of a Serro de la Buffa. A hilltop with the cable car 🚡 station and Patrocino church. Very beautiful view in the evening.
