I wish I could give a least one more star. Our room was nice and clean and the staff was wonderful! The property was beautiful! The only downside was the property was under construction at the time. Also there was a weird humming/buzzing sound throughout the night that kept us up. I didn’t mind so much but partner did. Heating and AC worked great.

Sobre el personal solo tengo señalamiento con la señora rubia de recepción, mal encarada, enojada y con poca disposición a resolver dudas. Deberian considerar quitarla de ese puesto ya que deja mala impresión. De ahí en más, todo el hotel en instalaciones y personal excelente.

Personal excelente trato, incluso nos dieron una mejor habitación, solo deberían de mejorar la limpieza de los sanitarios, el aire acondicionado después de 1-2 horas de uso se derramaba una cascada de agua, la señal del internet era muy pobre y era imposible ver la TV porque se iba la señal constantemente, lo demás buen servicio.

The hotel was within walking distance to downtown. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Hotel restaurant had good breakfast and dinner entrees. The only thing we had trouble with was opening the hotel room door.

Al hospedarte en un hotel que en Expedia evalúa satisfactoriamente uno encontrará, al menos, un mínimo de comodidad y atención pero no es así. La experiencia fue bastante mala desde el inicio. Al llegar entramos a uno de los patios traseros del hotel donde se celebraba una fiesta bastante ruidosa y debimos abrirnos paso entre los asistentes para llegar a la recepción. Nos asignaron habitaciones y al dirigirnos a ellas el bell boy nos indicó que se encontraban justo en la zona de la fiesta por lo cual tuvimos que regresar a solicitar un cambio. Al solicitar el cambio, la recepcionista se molestó, pero accedió. Al llegar a la habitación detecte un olor a cañería en el baño, luego intentamos encender el aire acondicionado el cual comenzó a gotear agua profusamente. Lo apagamos y lo reportamos a recepción. Enviaron a mantenimiento y aseguraron que lo había arreglado pero al regresar a la habitación encontramos un charco que llegaba a media recámara. Durante toda la estancia seguimos reportandolo y ellos acudían sin resolver el problema ni brindar alternativas. Considerando que la ciudad tenía ocupación alta por la feria regional, no pudimos cambiarnos de alojamiento. En el restaurante los alimentos son bastante sosos, sin presentación ni gusto excepcional. Prometen estacionamiento pero llevan los autos a un estacionamiento lejano y se tardan hasta más de 20 minutos en traerlo a la puerta del hotel. El wifi y la televisión nunca funcionaron. Una muy mala experiencia

Es un muy buen hotel, excelente ubicacion, solo 2 detalles, el estacionamiento esra un poco lejos y el desayuno no es bueno. Aun asi creo que volveriamos a hospedarnos.
