"The property was very nice. My only issue was that the air conditioning failed to cool the room during a heat wave. The staff said they would get the Technician to make the necessary repairs but it wasn’t fixed. The staff gave us a fan which helped but that wasn’t enough. Upon checkout they applied a slight discount to our room bill. With the exception of the air conditioning failure the stay was fantastic."

"Great staff. The AC worked well. We asked for extra pillows and they were really nice about that. The hotel has a complementary washing machine which is great if you have been traveling for a long time."

"Everything was great, they even had a laundry machine available at the property. The AC wasn’t great, but that’s just the way France is I’ve found. It also had parking available that was great to use."
