If you love lively neighbourhoods with vibrant nightlife, being at the centre of everything and especially just a stone's throw from the beach, this studio for 2 people is made for you! Located above a restaurant, you won't miss anything of the summer life in La Tranche-sur-Mer.

Access to the studio is via a staircase at the back of the restaurant, and you'll discover an 8 m² terrace overlooking the street and offering a sea view. In the living area, you'll find a lovely recent fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

The dining area is designed around a contemporary high table and its 2 high stools. In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed will allow you to both watch a good film to relax and serve as a bed to recharge after a full day. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
