Rental Mobile home 6/8 people in campsite 4 * LA PIGNADE

Mobil home any comfort of 40 m2 for 6/8 persons with semi-covered terrace, and well located in a campsite 4 * La Pignade in Ronce-les-Bains (near downtown, beach, and forest).
You will find all the necessary comfort and sports activities at the campsite La Pignade for a most successful family holiday.

The interior:
- 1 bedroom with a large bed adjoining a bathroom with toilet (with shower box)
- 1 "living space" with kitchen, table, and sofa bed corner
- 1 second bedroom with 2 beds side by side
- 1 third bedroom with 2 beds side by side
- 1 second bathroom (with shower cabin)
- 1 separate WC

The kitchen is fully equipped:
Crockery and kitchen utensils
Dishwasher
Microwave
Built-in oven in the kitchen
Large fridge (non-American) + freezer
Toaster
kettle
Nespresso coffee machine + machine

The mobile home is also equipped with:
Washing machine
TV
heating (convector in each room) + reversible air conditioning (hot-cold)
1 big terrace of 10 m ², semi covered done up with living room table + armchairs + 2 sunbaths
+ 2 bikes available

It is in a campsite with heated pool and covered if necessary (open from April 1 to October 30 (indicative because it depends on the outside temperature), games room, bar, restaurant, snack, bakery, and grocery.
A car can be parked next to the mobile home, and parking is free for your guests.
Evening entertainment + children's club morning and afternoon (from April to September)

The campsite is 1500 m from the beach and all amenities (bar, restaurants, ice cream parlor, rum, casino, pharmacy, shops).

To do in Ronce les Bains and surroundings:
- 25 km of beaches to the lighthouse of the Coubre: places very popular with surfers!
- riding in the campsite
- quad biking in forest or jet around Fort Boyard.
- Adventure Park In the heart of the Coubre forest: more than 170 workshops on 14 courses of increasing difficulty.
- A few meters from the campsite: cycle paths and walks in the forest (25 km of tracks cross the forest of 6000 ha with access to beaches or the Lighthouse of Coubre)
- La Palmyre golf course (15km) with views of the ocean
- The Charente islands: the island of Oléron, the island of Ré, the island Madame or the island of Aix. Boat trip to visit them.
- the region is famous for its pineau, cognac and oysters from the Marennes-Oléron basin. Several restaurants 1500m from the campsite and glaciers
- covered market every day in July and August.

ATTENTION: The price includes the rental of the mobile home alone. In order to access the activities of the campsite (and in particular the swimming pool), it will be necessary to bring you Fun Pass.

Two deposits (1 for the equipment of the Mobil-Home (900 €) and 1 for the household (90 €)) will be requested.

beau camping

Trés bien proche de la ville ainsi que de la plage.Le camping est doté de toutes les animations pour grands et petits. Dommage qu'il faut prendre un PASS pour accéder à l'épicerie pour le matin si l'on veut du pain il faut aller au village.
