"Arrived at 3pm. Was a problem on arrival with the person that was meant to check us in not being available. After a wait of around 15 mins a lady from an adjoining office organised two key cards and took us up to the room. On opening the door the room smelt very strongly of stale cigarette smoke. (We had requested a non-smoking room). We were then taken to another room which did not smell. The lady opened the valve on the radiator and turned on the heat pump. "The pool and sauna hours for the hotel were relatively long so that was helpful because after a day out, you can use them. The sauna was well maintained and even included a shower. The hotel staff were helpful but had very short working hours so always had to wait full day to ask a question if anything happened in the evening. Overall very good experience, highly recommend if you're driving, if not its a bit hard in terms of accessibility as public transport services to the hotel finish by half...
