"It was a nice porperty but had issues with water. We were unable to use the shower, there wasn't any water to even brush your teeth. It was early between 7-8:30 am and no water only drops literally coming out. When we brought it up to management, they said that they had a large party staying at the property. This is unacceptable. In the shower, they had empty dispensers for soap. It should be one star for this reason. Breakfast was ok, be patient because they take a long time just to get the order. "

"The hotel’s location is superb, being very close to Parque del Café, which made our visit incredibly convenient. The beautiful grounds are a standout feature, with meticulously maintained gardens, a lovely variety of plants, and a charming array of animals that added a special touch to the surroundings. The facilities were wonderful, especially the chapel, bar with a pool table, and arcade games, offering entertainment for all ages. The service was exemplary—every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and welcoming but went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The team was especially accommodating with the dietary needs of the vegetarians in our group, providing thoughtful options. When my mum had an accident during our stay, the staff responded immediately and with great care, providing assistance and a wheelchair without hesitation. It was incredibly reassuring to know that such attentive and kind service was available when we needed it most. While the rooms are simple, they are spacious and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable environment for a restful stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a peaceful and welcoming place to stay."

"The location and views were beautiful. The home was very large with four bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, which was perfect for a family of eight. The only problem was that in one bathroom the drain in the shower was clogged which meant that the water did not drain while you were taking a shower. Other than that, everything was very nice and comfortable. We were not charged IVA tax when we checked out as we are US citizens. It is a little hard to see where the entrance is from the road as there really are no large signs. "
