"The property looks nice, the employees were very friendly, the room is clean and spacious. The beds however were extremely uncomfortable. We were 4 people and none of us had proper sleep because of those horrible beds and pillows."

"Stay away from this property. It is not worth Expedia exposure property. I booked it for my sisters as it’s closer to San Juan Beach. It is a house turned lodging/dorm style. Not very upfront on additional fees on their listing. Terrible place for a stay. Might be okay for backpackers. 1. ADDITIONAL charge for airconditioner at 500 pesos a night (pricey, considering it was only used at night) 2. Lots of mosquitoes 3. Toilet flush handle is broken (shared/common area bathroom) 4. "What we'd like is not only the cleanliness of the room, safe and easy parking but the hospitality and friendship of the host/owner. We were very comfortable on the first day we've met the couple, Feran and Thess. They were very accommodating and attentive to our needs throughout our stay in FNT transient house.
