"The location is on the edge of a quiet village and with only subtle sounds of frogs from the pond and whinnies from the horse it was bliss. This was our 2nd stay and would love to come back again. Transport is required to access local shops but the ride out is so lovely it isnt a worry. We stayed for the 80th anniversary of D-Day and found it a good base to stay for the events. "We spent a good week at Les 3 Vaches. It is compact living but with different items to spot where ever you look! (open the dresser draws and find the TV!). The Gite is well set in the Normandy country side with good access to local shopping, eating and a large variety of different places to visit. "Only stayed one night, rental was very easy to find in a very remote peaceful location. Travelling with our dog so wanted to be in the countryside. Rental had everything needed, comfy bed and good shower. Didn’t really use kitchen but looked more than fully equipped. It is very remote but that’s what we wanted.."
