"I am so pleased that we selected this hotel. The location is fantastic for both the Cathedral and the rest of hybrid old town. The room we had (404) was really large with a great bathroom. We had a king sized bed. There was a massive dog bed as well as bowls for food and water. The breakfast is extremely good and filling. The staff are very polite and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again the next time I return to Strasbourg. "

"This is a great hotel with great staff. Get a balcony room. So romantic. The restaurant is gourmet and on site. Good breakfast and wonderful valet service. Follow the instructions and you can drive right to the hotel. "

"Great location a few minutes walk from the tram station, where you can be whisked into the main centre within 10 minutes. Room was good, adequate comfort, fridge was a handy addition and the stay was cosy, quiet and convenient "

"The hotel is a very short walk from the train station, making it very easy to get around as needed. The room we stayed was very comfortable, alas we had a room with a shower/sink in one room and toilet in the other (which was a bit of an adjustment). The bed was very comfortable and there were few noise distractions. There are some stairs involved when it comes to walking down the hallways on the floors, so that can be a caution with suitcases. Otherwise, the overall decor, vibes, and comfort of the hotel was excellent. We were unable to utilize the hotel's restaurant area for a majority of our stay, but we did try to check out the bar area one afternoon, though it was otherwise unattended. "

"We spent four nights in Strasbourg as part of an extended trip and were surprised at how great the stay turned out. Many things made it that way: - we traveled by train and there was a metro station underground that was easy-to-use and dropped us 100 steps from the hotel; - the location of the hotel was essentially right in the center which made daily walks and food access easy. We found good restaurants, boulangeries, bars (the alcohol kind) nearby that were great; - the staff was among the nicest and most accommodating we’ve had on this trip. They clearly take pride in their work….generally a sign of good management; - the hotel itself was appointed nicely. I was a concerned that being on the main drag with metro trains below would make it noisy. Not at all - very good soundproofing OR quiet trains 😀. Either way it wasn’t a problem. - we caught what appeared to be a little party in the bar on our last night. Good DJ and fun chats with all the people. It was a good vibe - and if it wasn’t just a one-off, it would make a future stay even better. Definitely on the recommended list."
