Holiday Home 'Casa Rural La Roca' with Mountain Views, Shared Pool and Wi-Fi

This cosy country house features 2 double bedrooms (4 single beds), a bathroom, kitchen-dining area, and living room with TV, offering all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. It is located in the heart of nature, in the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, just 8 km from the city of Granada.



The interior is very comfortable thanks to its thermal insulation. There is a fireplace and heating for winter, as well as ceiling fans in every room for summer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and microwave. Everything you need for daily life is provided: bed linen, bath towels, pool towels, kitchenware, cot, high chair, and baby bathtub.



Outside, the house has a completely private patio, as well as shared areas with a garden, outdoor patio, barbecue (not available in summer due to regulations in the Sierra Nevada Natural Park), saltwater pool, and parking. Other highlights include a small farm and an organic vegetable garden. For the more active, there is a sports court where you can play tennis, football, and basketball, as well as a small playground.



Parties by young groups or bachelor parties are not allowed. The minimum rental age is 25. Please respect the environment, quiet hours, and the rest of others. Our greatest wish is that your stay runs smoothly and that you enjoy the hospitality and nature offered by the Sierra Nevada Natural Park.
