Resort itself was nice! Food was OK. Speedboat transfer from airport to resort was easy!
Cons: We reserved to be back on the 3pm boat one day and they miscommunicated and forgot us at the airport! They did quickly make up for it but left a bad taste! Ordered Room service and it took 2 hours! Buggy(golf cart) pickups can be slow! The resort itself doesn’t have a lot of activities! Also paid $425 for late checkout to find out they disconnected us from the app the morning of even though we paid for late check out! If you’re looking for ultimate luxury this probably isn’t the resort! For the price we paid we expected more!
Pros: Staff were friendly and the resort itself was nice and housekeeping was fantastic! Beautiful views at every restaurant and staff were great! Rooms were clean and the bungalows were well kept! Did the dolphin watch and it was fantastic!
In the end would I stay there again? The answer is no! We travel a lot and have stayed at amazing places through the years and this is just another resort that didn’t stand out to us!

"he young staff they have there are amazing couldn’t ask for better we were treated like royalty. They are our credit to the hotel. We would recommend go out and beyond for you. even when it was our anniversary and we asked if we could have a meal on the beach as you can see by pictures out and over ..."
